AI that tells you where to put your money
Closenture uses Claude, the AI made by Anthropic, on your own numbers. Ask about appointments, sales and money in plain words and get the answer with the report behind it, or let it review your marketing and tell you what to scale, cut or fix.

Ask your numbers in plain words
Type a question the way you would ask your office manager. Closenture runs the reports that answer it and writes back in a few lines.
- The report behind every answer. Every number comes from a Closenture report, and the full table shows under the answer so you can check it.
- The same definitions as the Money Map. A sale, a close rate and a show rate mean the same in the answer as on every screen.
- In English or Spanish. It answers each person in the language they use in Closenture.
Referrals and Google Local Services (LSA) tied for most sales, with 10 each, from 2026-08-07 to 2026-11-05.
- Referrals: $0 marketing spend, so no direct cost per sale.
- LSA: about $509 per sale ($5,088 spend).
Other sources, for comparison: Website/SEO about $476 per sale on only 2 sales, door knocking about $534, Google Ads about $1,234, and Thumbtack about $1,334. Facebook/Instagram and Angi produced no sales despite about $13,600 in spend.
| Source | Sales | Revenue | Cancelled | Collected | Avg ticket |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Referrals | 10 | $169,550 | 0 | $98,255 | $16,955 |
| Google Local Services (LSA) | 10 | $122,350 | 1 | $49,830 | $12,235 |
| Door knocking (canvassing) | 6 | $70,750 | 2 | $36,030 | $11,792 |
| Google Ads | 6 | $84,950 | 0 | $37,105 | $14,158 |
| Website / SEO | 2 | $25,200 | 0 | $7,560 | $12,600 |
| Thumbtack | 1 | $5,600 | 0 | $5,600 | $5,600 |

- Which lead source brought the most sales in the last 90 days?
- What is my cost per sale by source this month?
- Which rep has the best close rate this month?
- How many appointments were confirmed last week?
- Compare appointments by week for the last 2 months
- How many appointments in Spanish ran this month, and how many sold?
- Show me sales by city this year
Move money out of Facebook and Angi and into Google Local Services, Google Search and referrals, which are producing kept sales at a fraction of the cost.
Marketing spend of $31,377 produced 35 kept sales and about $129,548 profit after marketing, up from $32,350 last period. Cost per kept sale fell from $2,102 to $896, and close rate rose from 18% to 25%. Facebook / Instagram Ads ($9,289) and Angi / HomeAdvisor ($4,176) have produced zero sales between them, while Google Local Services, Google Roof Replacement Search and Referrals are paying off.
- PausePause Angi / HomeAdvisor leads now · -100% budget
Spent $4,176 for 10 appointments run and zero sales, so profit after marketing is minus $4,176. - CutCut Facebook spend in half and fix lead quality · -50% budget
Spent $9,289 with 21 appointments run and zero sales; Fall Roof Promo and Free Inspection Video each have zero closed deals. Sales lag 2 to 6 weeks, so this is a strong warning, not a final verdict. Monthly impact is an estimate: half of about $3,100 monthly spend. - ScaleRaise Google Local Services budget by 25% · +25% budget
Spent $5,088 for 10 kept sales, $509 per kept sale and $36,680 profit after marketing. Its set rate is 66% and show rate 92%. - ScaleRaise Roof Replacement Search budget by 20% · +20% budget
Spent $3,650 for 5 sales at $730 each, with a close rate of 38% and $22,015 profit after marketing. Its cost per lead rose from $98 in the previous period, so the budget increase needs watching. - Fix processFix Thumbtack lead follow-up before spending more
Only 4 of 27 leads got an appointment (15% set rate), so $1,334 bought 1 sale and lost $154 after marketing.
Watch out: $161,035 is past due, so cash could tighten even though profit looks strong; collect before adding spend.

An AI review of your marketing
One click on the Money Map and the AI reads what you spent next to what it brought in, then says where the next dollar should go.
- What it reads. Spend per lead source (and per campaign when Google Ads or Meta are connected) next to the appointments, sales, cancellations and profit each one brought, this period and the one before.
- What you get. A headline, a short summary and up to five actions (scale, cut, pause, fix or test), each with the numbers behind it and a confidence level.
- It knows the trade. It is told that sales lag leads by 2 to 6 weeks, that small numbers are noise, and that no-shows are a process problem, not an ad problem.
- In your inbox. Scheduled email reports sent to people with money access include the AI’s headline and its top three actions.

What the AI sees, and what it never sees
It sees
- Totals for your company: appointments, leads, sales, money and the team.
- The names of your lead sources, campaigns, services and team members, so it can group and filter.
- Only what the person asking can already see: money only with money access.
It never sees
- Customer names, phone numbers, emails or addresses.
- Another company’s data.
- Your database: it cannot change or delete anything; it can only run read-only reports.
- Earlier questions: each question starts fresh.
Ask AI is for owners, admins and sales managers by default, through a permission you control in Roles, and never for integrations. Each company has a daily question limit and a monthly spending cap. Anthropic does not use data sent through its commercial API to train its models. More on security.

- Owners, admins and sales managers by default. You can give or take away the Ask AI permission for any role.
