Every appointment, from booked to sold
Closenture runs the part of your business between the lead and the contract. Setters book, homeowners confirm, the office dispatches, reps log a result. Nothing lives in a notebook or a group text.

Every appointment ends with a result
Booked
At the house
Sold
The rep taps a result before leaving the driveway. Anyone with a visit and no result gets one email at 6 pm. That is why the numbers on the Money Map are real.
Try it: pick a result.
Setters work one call queue
New leads, call-backs that are due and no-shows to rebook, oldest first. A setter calls with one tap and logs what happened: no answer, voicemail, call back at a time, booked, not interested or bad number.

The office dispatches by who is free
Every rep’s day on one board. When you send a visit, Closenture suggests the rep who is free at that time and warns you before you double-book someone. Move a visit and the rep is sent the new time.

Scorecards everyone agrees on
Closers: issued, ran, sold, demo no sale, one-leg, follow-up, not qualified, no-show and close rate. Setters: booked, confirmed, show rate and the sales their sets turned into.

What the homeowner gets
A booking email
The day, the time and who is coming, from your company’s name, in English or Spanish.
A link to confirm or move
One tap confirms. If the visit moves, the same link shows the new time.
A no-show note
When nobody was home, they get an email offering a new time, and the lead goes back to your setters to rebook.
Nothing they did not ask for
Appointment emails only. No newsletters, and texts only from your rep’s own phone.
It chases what your team forgot
Call every new lead within 15 minutes.
If nobody has called, texted or emailed a new lead after 15 minutes (8 am to 8 pm), its owner gets a call task.
Confirm tomorrow’s visits by 4 pm.
At 4 pm, each visit for tomorrow that nobody confirmed becomes a call task for the setter, due by 6 pm.
Ask reps for missing results at 6 pm.
Each rep gets one email listing the visits they ran with no result logged.
Send the contract the day you sell.
A job sold more than 24 hours ago with no contract sent becomes a task for the rep.
Chase unsigned contracts after 48 hours.
The homeowner gets one reminder email after 48 hours. After 4 days, the rep gets a call task.
Each check can be turned off for your company.
For bigger teams
Offices
Leads go to the right office by ZIP code and to its setters in turn, with a daily cap per setter. A manager sees only their office.
Roles
Decide who sees every lead, who sees money and who can change settings. Setters see their own leads; closers see their visits.
Calendars
Each person can subscribe to their appointments in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook with their own calendar link.
Goals
Set monthly goals per person and see each one’s progress next to their scorecard.
Questions
- Sold, demo no sale, one-leg (only one decision-maker home), follow-up, not qualified, no-show, or rescheduled. Every visit needs one, and anyone with a visit and no result gets an email at 6 pm.
- They go back to the setter’s call queue under “Rebook no-shows”, and the homeowner gets an email offering a new time. A rebooked no-show keeps its history, so show rates stay honest.
- Appointment confirmations go out by email. Reps can text from their own phone with one tap, for example “On my way”. Text messages sent by Closenture are coming.
- Each person gets a calendar link that shows their Closenture appointments in Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook.
- Only if you allow it. Roles decide who sees every lead, and a setter can only book leads they are allowed to see.
Book a demo
We call you back, in English or Spanish, to set up a 20-minute demo with numbers like yours. Rather look first? Open the live demo or write to hello@closenture.com.
