How to delete your data
If you are a contractor using Closenture
- Export anything you want to keep with the CSV buttons on Leads, the Money Map and Reports.
- To remove a Facebook or Google connection, open Settings → Integrations and disconnect it. Its saved access is deleted at once.
- To delete your whole account, email hello@closenture.com from the owner’s email address with the subject “Delete my account”.
We confirm by email and delete the data within 30 days. Daily backups roll off within 14 days after that.
If you are a homeowner
Your data is held for the contractor you dealt with. Ask them to delete it. You can also email hello@closenture.com with your name, phone or email and the contractor’s name; we will pass the request on and help them complete it.
Data from Facebook
Closenture uses Facebook data only when a contractor connects their ad account or Lead Ads, to read ad spend and receive leads. Disconnecting the integration, or asking for account deletion as above, deletes that data.
